I e-mailed you on Tuesday to express my concerns over the bollards which have been installed on the cyclepath at Meadow Court Drive (I received confirmation that my message was passed to the Cycling Officer, but have heard nothing since).
You should be aware that, within 2 days of being installed, one of the bollards has already been vandalised. There is now an unlit bollard in the centre of the cyclepath. I feel certain that somebody will be injured in a collision with this bollard during the coming winter.
